I returned a truck two months ago and was told three times now that I would be refunded the extra 150$ you charged when i dropped it off still have not been refunded no reason for the extra hold. it was returned on time and cleaned before i returned it

We made reservations. We received texts and emails confirming the time matching our flight. Took a taxi to the rental no truck they gave it away. Took a taxi back to the airport rented a car and drove to another rental place. They need to hire people with better work ethics for the company. We spent $$$ because of their error. I hope the company will help us recoup their mistake.
