Completely dissatisfied with rental experience. The truck has multiple safety hazards: brakes shuttered and vibrated the steering wheel and would pull to one side while braking, truck is in need of an alignment, mirrors did not work, one was even fixed in place with screws. Transmission shifted hard several times as well. Upon pickup I was not given an option for liability only. I needed to move my stuff from Tucson to Albuquerque, so I made a reservation for a truck with Budget about a week or more before my move with Budget off Tanque Verde because it is a lot cheaper than U-Haul. Well I get a call 2 days before I am supposed to move my stuff out of my storage unit that they have absolutely no trucks in Tucson. They informed me that they had no trucks in Tucson and that I would have to drive over an hour away to Sierra Vista to pick up the truck.
