I just can't put into words what a poor experience this has been. I put in my reservation weeks in advance for a.one way rental to Portland, and there was one truck on the lot. It had some damage on it that the guy "documented" while we walked around it. He never actually put any of it in the system. I now am dealing with budget fleet for an accident I never had in the truck. I was trying to save some money over U-Haul... It wasn't worth it.
I returned a truck two months ago and was told three times now that I would be refunded the extra 150$ you charged when i dropped it off still have not been refunded no reason for the extra hold. it was returned on time and cleaned before i returned it
