We made reservations. We received texts and emails confirming the time matching our flight. Took a taxi to the rental no truck they gave it away. Took a taxi back to the airport rented a car and drove to another rental place. They need to hire people with better work ethics for the company. We spent $$$ because of their error. I hope the company will help us recoup their mistake.

I was very pleased with the process of renting the one-way 26' truck. The older gentleman in the office was kind and quick. He was patient with me as this was the 1st big truck I have rented in a long time. The truck was clean inside with a few brusies on the outside. It ran like a champ to Phoenix, although it had no a/c.

Completely dissatisfied with rental experience. The truck has multiple safety hazards: brakes shuttered and vibrated the steering wheel and would pull to one side while braking, truck is in need of an alignment, mirrors did not work, one was even fixed in place with screws. Transmission shifted hard several times as well. Upon pickup I was not given an option for liability only. The only options they offered were two different full coverage packages for $340 or $350, with my Costco discount. The return was equally disappoint... read more
