I've never owned a diesel before and when I needed an expert opinion and repairs. I was given Tim's name and was told he's a straight forward no bull kind of guy. What the dealership told and what he repaired were two different things. Tim could've taken me to the cleaners but instead he fixed what the dealership SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF A YEAR AGO. Thanks to Tim and his staff my I have a whole new respect and trust for mechanics like Tim's Truck Service in Abilene.

I reserved a truck here two weeks in advance and got a confirmation email two days before. When I arrived at 9am, they said that not only did they not have my truck, they didn't have ANY trucks I could rent. From the looks of the other reviews, this is a chronic problem for Budget in general. Steps to rent from Budget and still get your move done: 1. Reserve a Budget truck 2. Reserve a U-Haul truck 3. Use the U-Haul after the Budget is unavailable.

After my 16' truck reservation fell through at one location, I drove 45 min to this location because the worker said that he had a 16' truck available. When I arrived, there were two individuals waiting on 16' trucks. After they were downgraded to 12' trucks, I said "I drove 45 minutes for a 16' truck, do you have it?" The WORST EVER! did not have 2 of the 3 things I reserved a week prior. Then they knowingly gave me a car hauler that was broken. I have proof via pictures. Left stranded for over 5 hrs with NO ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE like they claim. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

DO NOT RENT ANYTHING from this company, this company on deadwood Ave in Rapid are a bunch of crooks, they sent me to collection for something I have NOTHING to do with, ($1700) I had no idea about this until a letter came in the mail stating a collection company was trying to collect thus debt, I have never used this company in my life and I recommend no one EVER do, my credit is Excellent and now I have to deal with this so it stays that way, hopefully I can still get my clearance do to this......

ZERO integrity!!!!! Greedy, selfish money-sucking company that WILL and HAS put making money deceitfully above safety and integrity. If there was a below "0" this place and this company would get it. I was 34 weeks pregnant and the car had to be returned on the morning a Code Red state of emergency blizzard that hit Tennessee. I've rented several time over the past 20 years from him and the owner has always gone above and beyond to help me out. He doe's have a brash sense of humor but I find it funny. He jokes around all the time. Some people just have a stick stuck up their rear.

Liars, terrible service, will steal your money. DO NOT RENT HERE!! I made a reservation online and was able to reserve a one way truck. When I arrived I noticed there were at least 20 trucks parked out back, however, the employee checking me in said he only had “4 trucks” and that I needed to return the truck to his location.
