I had an uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this tax office after being a client for years with the previous owners. While discussing my filing status, I explained that although we got married halfway through the year, we did not live together (we were long distance) and were not living together for the last six months of the year which, based on IRS guidelines, can still meet Head of Household criteria. Aimi took great care of us & our (new LLC/personal) taxes and I'm so glad we found their business. These are the nicest people. No appointment needed took my taxes in. They did them while I waited. They have a computer monitor that turns to face you so you can see what they’re doing. My taxes were prepared the same day and they even looked at last year‘s taxes to make sure they were done right at no charge. Definitely will be using them again.
