If I could give zero stars I would. This is ridiculous. We paid for the rental and had the money there for the deposit and then they want to say they have to run a credit check so on the day we are supposed to leave we didn't get the rental. Now I'm out money on a cabin and everything. This is the worst rental company I've ever seen. How are you gonna take the money then say no you can't have it and it takes 5 to 7 days to get my money back? Wow okay.
Great experience every time I rent here. Reliable cars and excellent service.
Great customer service and a reliable vehicle that made our trip enjoyable.
Excellent rental agency with friendly staff and a smooth checkout process.
