They upgraded me to the car I preferred and Was absolutely wonderful to talk to! it’s rare that I am walking out of a car rental place smiling and laughing as much as I was! Great customer service!
Took car back 2 days early and couldn't get a refund because I prepaid. Customer service hung up on me when I asked to speak to supervisor. Horrible customer service and BIG ripoff. Going back to Enterprise. They treat ya so much better
