We were expecting our second child and were in need of a dependable second car that would fit into our budget. I must say my experience with Knox Budget was AWESOME! The whole staff welcomed me as if they have known me for years. My salesman, Theo, was the greatest! He is very knowledgeable and not once did he ever pressure me into anything I did not want. Theo took my needs in consideration and exceeded them. I had an excellent experience. My salesman, Colin, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had gone to the lot previously when considering purchasing a new car. I was unsure of what I wanted to do. When I returned over a month later, I never felt pressured or rushed and he was just as helpful as before. I had been to several dealerships to weigh my options before returning, and I'm glad I did! This was the best car buying experience ever ! Matt is a star in my book; the credit dept. worked with us and found financing $50 below the ceiling we gave them, that's a first ! Matt made sure we were totally happy with our purchase, they are fixing a few glitches we noted when driving the car and will not release it to us until we and they are happy. Fantastic !
Absolutely would NOT recommend anyone to go here.. The guy was really nice but boy did he stick it to me... Have nothing but trouble out of my car that I bought. Lesson learned for me!! Wish I could take a loss so I could just let them have the piece of crap back but I'm a Mom trying to raise two babies. I dont even want to rate with one star but it wont let me take it off
