I have unfortunately not experienced such unfriendly and rude staff before in my whole life. Unacceptable and considering making an official complaint.

I showed up at this location for a 9pm drop off which was booked online and no one was there. This rental was picked up in a different state and I was never informed of the firm 9pm closure (despite the fact the location should be open until 9:30pm given the 30 min grace period Budget allows). The man working the parking garage said they had already left even though the door to the office said “Open” and there are no hours posted on the door. Exceptional Service at 333 Adams St. (Even When the Trip Got Rough!) I’ve been renting from the Budget location at 333 Adams Street (under the Marriott) regularly, and I have to say: the service here is consistently phenomenal.
