Horrible experience! Could barely walk up the driveway entrance as it was cluttered with metal poles and debris, the staff did nothing to move their trolley as I was trying to walk in, no welcome. The warehouse itself is where office furniture goes to die…no room to move, no corridors, just a hoarders dream. There must be over a thousand office chairs stored yet when I finally found someone to help me, he showed me 2 chairs only, and they were dirty, squashed and had paint on them. Horrible experience. Tried to purchase table on the website. The table is not available nor does the website accept payments. Email the representative on a different table, Decided it looks okay. go to inspect the table and I am told The table is not complete and I have to buy my own screws to put it together. I reject this and say I need the screws to which he goes and find some screw, However, when loading the table into the car, Realise it’s actually half of a larger table. Absolute waste of time. Avoid
