One of the worst experiences we have ever had with a supplier/company. Would not even give 1 star if there was an option. We placed our order in March 2026 and immediately paid 50% of the total amount upfront. Before receiving the payment, their communication was excellent — they responded quickly and constantly followed up with us. However, once the initial payment was made, everything changed completely. Don’t waste your time going to this dump All furniture is damaged and rubbish, staff gave us a desk and debated about screws It’s chipped, scratched This is more suited as a tip.!!!!!!
Horrible experience! Could barely walk up the driveway entrance as it was cluttered with metal poles and debris, the staff did nothing to move their trolley as I was trying to walk in, no welcome. The warehouse itself is where office furniture goes to die…no room to move, no corridors, just a hoarders dream. There must be over a thousand office chairs stored yet when I finally found someone to help me, he showed me 2 chairs only, and they were dirty, squashed and had paint on them.
