Sydney did a fantastic job helping us create our new bedroom look and feel. She was knowledgeable and listened to our needs, what any professional salesperson should do, and she really worked with us to make sure we felt comfortable making the purchase. We bought on a Saturday and everything was delivered the following Tuesday. The guys who put our stuff together were also very kind and professional. Our experience with Budget was phenomenal and we love our “new” bedroom!

I'm on my 3rd month waiting for parts for our couch that reclines AND rocking chair that also reclines. When I called to check on the parts after 2 months, I was told the parts are on a slow boat???? This is the 4th time my furniture has broken in the same spot. No wonder they have a lifetime warranty on parts. I've told them your furniture was not made to recline nor to rock. And the response.....nothing. You'd think if you spent thousands of dollars, they would be ...more helpful
