I really don't agree with @kparsad because I am a regular customer at budget and when ever I go there it's always a pleasure and I always find what I need. As if for the owner Angela she's a great person and always active and helpful. This is one of the greatest Indian stores around and some place I can't ever leave.
I have to say this is the sorriest Indian store I have been to in the history of indian stores. It is so dirty and disgusting in the store that I don’t understand how people can actually buy products from there and eat it. Angela who is the owner looks like she didn’t even take a shower and just serves and touches all the food like that. I think if anyone goes there they must be blind and cheap.
