I had a few jobs done by them between June 2021 and fall 2024 .. Good workmanship but TERRIBLE supervision. Owner and “mom” have no customer service or Managment skills … I had to make several visits . They rarely called, I had to chase them all the time.. They took forever, they did things wrong, e.i. I asked them to use the special UV resistant thread that I gave them , they didn’t…. And there is nothing about “budget” in the price I got. Such a shame…
They stood me up two times on the same day to pickup my chairs. Completely ruined my day No phone calls. I called and the owner apologized. Going to use another establishment.
Please READ the reviews, they are the truth, the nicest and more attentive person at this shop was the receptionist. I'm a 1st time customer and had questions, so I had to speak to Michael, i waited for about a minute or 2, only to get 5 seconds of his time, he seemed extremely busy and didn't seem concerned about my questioning. I literarily had to follow him to ask questions, such as turn around time, pick up and delivery fees, pricing etc. until I got annoyed.
