Did nothing like i wanted. Took no notes. Poor comunication. Project suffered.
Budget upholstery worked with me closely to coordinate an interstate order of new covers for my couch cushions. I selected the fabric in person and brought the old covers. They measured everything and then I left. They sent me photos of when the fabric arrived, and communicated regularly throughout the stitching process. Once the covers were finished, they packed everything tightly in a box and mailed to my new home. Great service and great workmanship on the covers.

I had a few jobs done by them between June 2021 and fall 2024 .. Good workmanship but TERRIBLE supervision. Owner and “mom” have no customer service or Managment skills … I had to make several visits . They rarely called, I had to chase them all the time.. They took forever, they did things wrong, e.i. I asked them to use the special UV resistant thread that I gave them , they didn’t…. And there is nothing about “budget” in the price I got. Such a shame…
They stood me up two times on the same day to pickup my chairs. Completely ruined my day No phone calls. I called and the owner apologized. Going to use another establishment.
