What a ridiculously long and inefficient check in / pickup process. Line was long (fine) but their sloth like pace means that over an hour has passed and in still in the line. How is this the process. The flight was shorter. Honestly I would go with a hire company that requires a free short shuttle - you think you're paying more to pickup in terminal for "convenience" and it is anything but. Terrible - fix the process.

I believe my rental car was not inspected. The tire pressure was only 7-10 psi, and I had to drive to a gas station to inflate the tires myself, which was quite disturbing. Additionally, the sale seemed more focused on promoting the full insurance coverage rather than addressing the customer's needs.

The review just has to be left. How can we live in a digital world where almost everyone has ID and bank cards on their phone yet this company refuse service without a physical copy? Even add $500 to a bond , or request I'd like a normal company. Hotels do it. I paid almost $400 to hire a car but was told I couldn't as I didn't have a physical bank card or I'd. Worse service ever, staff could not help, did not get my hire car when I made booking online they asked for ID that fine had that but because there NEW MADE UP RULE that apparently, the airport enforces that you must have a flight Bording pass or like me that need a car as it the closest branch to my home they ask for two utility in your name. Abhorrent service. Filthy cars with 50k kms on them, had to go back 3 times to change the car before leaving, they n the end I realised this is just what all of their cars are like. Upon leaving I was asked for a parking ticket to get out, when I stated I wasn’t given the gentleman acted like it was my responsibility to know this in order to get out of the bloody place. first time trying budget, never again. Will pay the extra to have a clean vehicle that is a late model with low kms from europcar
