Budget staff were excellent and helped me with a difficult situation. I needed to rent a car and Budget allowed me to do so with my passport, photo ID, interim drivers licence from WA DOT (paper), photo of my lost drivers licence (awaiting replacement). The other two companies Hertz and Europcar were unhelpful (despite my having Gold Status with one of them) and have policies that prohibit any consideration of circumstances.
