Love how easy it was and beautiful cars, easy pick up and drop off. Will definitely come back for future travels
Had the car for less than 6 hours, refulled at the petrol station pretty much next to the drop off location which was under $15, thays how little we drove and now they are trying to charge me close to $300 petrol. I didn't even drive 100km!! Car was clean, close to new.
I had a very poor experience with this car rental company in Melbourne.I booked a Toyota Camry in advance, but when I arrived on 10 April, the vehicle was not available. Instead, I was given a lower-category car. Despite the downgrade (which is clearly cheaper when checked online), I was told I could not switch to an equivalent car at the same price. Was supposed to pick up a car here but the wait was about 2 hours with the line going around the corner and only one person behind the desk. Canceled and went elsewhere
