前台小姐很厭世，明明就說可能會在機場還車,卻不給我們還車地圖（墨爾本機場工程中,還車地點有變更），在機場外面迷航一小時後，快要精神崩潰，只好去Budget的機場修繕清潔總部求救，越南（應該吧！）小哥很熱心帶我們去機場還車區，不然我真的會給Budget一星負評！

Absolute joke of a hire location. It's a major airport. It's 7pm on a Sunday. The queue is out the door. They only have 1 person working. One. I'm at risk of spending longer in the queue than the 3 hour drive I still have to make. The only reason I've not cancelled is that it won't let me on the website.

Budget Rentals Melbourne Airport charged my credit card twice when I wasn't even in Australia, and claimed a traffic infringement - and billed me money for it - with zero proof. They also let another customer bill me for highway tolls. They refused to contact me regarding both. I had to report their fraudulent transactions to my bank. Really terrible. Avoid these guys at all costs. In December/January, I rented a car. I was charged more than expected - okay, I adjusted my tolerance. What really sickened me was - After I left Melbourne, another driver racked up highway tolls which were charged to me - Budget then charged my credit card for a supposed infringement when I wasn't even driving.
