Good experience. Very friendly staff.
Overall good experience without any hiccups. Pre-booked small car rental for 3 days, without insurance. $
Pick up process was very smooth and quick. Car was very clean and well maintained. Drop off was abit of a challenge because of the renovation works at the airport but the staff were very welcoming.
Absolutely horrendous! Two extremely ill fitting and very dangerous car seats! I asked for them to be changed, and they were still unable to for the sits correctly! Whilst standing there alone, breastfeed a baby, a toddler at my foot the man rudely told me it wasn’t isn’t job, he was doing me a favour and to do it myself! I walked back in to complain they had no resolution. I got a refund. And walked out! A joke
They keep you waiting for an hour to pick up, going out of the airport is better
