Staff: unfriendly, rude and not helpful. Overcharged!! computer didn't adjust because of the DST on 1/4. Ask the staff Melanie ,she said I don't know, I can't do anything! Her supervisor Rachel come with a black face adjusted it without apologize ! There is a lot of car rental company at greymouth i-site, buget and avis are co-operate. I don't recommend rent car via budget.
They don't do drop offs at Hokitika airport.
