Peter exemplifies customer service. He has sorted out countless problems (not caused by Budget) for me, and he has handled booking after booking without fault and with nothing but efficiency and good humour. My only complaint about the vehicles I've hired from here are that the interior of the windscreens on many of the vehicles I've had appeared to have been cleaned with with either dirty cloths or cleaning chemicals not suitable for cleaning glass, making for very difficult driving when the sun is low. Budget car hire in Emerald needs to be given 0 stars. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, was not helpful at all. When I asked a question she did not answer nicely and then hung up on me. Very rude person who should not be working in customer service.
