Served by Sophia at Brisbane airport 19/9/26. Never booked straight off the plane and into the type of car I wanted. Yet it was school holidays, chaotic. Sophia brought the calm. Always smiling like.she is in control. Truth is in the pudding. Damn she delivered. Good start to my short holiday. Go figure Sophia!
Exceptional customer service from Boni. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Great idea going through the photos of the car on pickup, I could even add a few more on inspection of the car and upload them to the Budget report. Easy Peasy.
Hired a truck from Brisbance airport. Misleading free kms - charged me up. Location fee added too. Upfront cost looked good but paid through the nose. Won't be back.
Special shout out to Phillis for helping me recover my passport after leaving it in the rental. Thanks to her for her assistance.
