Just wanted to say a very big thank you to James at Maroochydore airport for the most amazing customer service experience you rarely see these days, I would say James is a guy that knows his job backwards. Many thanks to James and Budget for employing people like this. Cheers Alf

The person, Chandra, who serves me was serving two people at a time. She was serving me then, when people come in to pick up their key, she serves them, then goes back to me. Then I was waiting patiently; then she said Okay, your key is in the car. Go behind Avis A04, your car is waiting there. Then my car was not there. I went to see her, but she was serving others, so I said to the lady she was serving, " Excuse me, Chandra, my car is not outside.
