We had made arrangements for a Budget rental car to be available at the Brisbane domestic terminal upon our arrival. Budget provided us with a clean, well-maintained hybrid electric car, which was incredibly economical and a pleasure to drive. We had no issues during the pick-up and drop-off processes, which were easy and convenient. Overall, a smooth and pleasurable experience with no issues.

Had booked online, my license was expired - which fair enough & couldn’t renew online, but when we booked again under my partners name and license, they then wanted a further form of ID with an address - like a government issued license isn’t enough when it has been previously for every other car rental company - time spent was wasted & the two women working where incredibly unhelpful or nor sympathetic, the superior, was incredibly rude and just strict policy, not willing to help in the slightest and had no sense of custome... read more

Car was tidy, staff were helpful on collection and gave us a bigger car than originally allocated to cater for the child seat and all our bags. Was a bit of a wait about 20min due to quite a few pickups at the time we arrived, watch people dont just try pushing in.
