JULIA is a Rockstar! Budget is so fortunate to have this young lady who is very professional, courteous and efficient. I advised Julia of a time constraint, and she not only dealt with the fact the vehicle we reserved had not been turned in but quickly found a solution and got us on the road without skipping a beat. All this with a smile and kind demeanor! Thank you Julia for making our Budget experience awesome!

Thank you for turning a difficult situation into a reminder that great service still exists. I want to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Julia and her Manager at the Santa Maria Budget Car Rental office. Julia began by providing really valuable advice during the booking process. This location is the friendliest budget location we have ever been too! Specifically, Julia is such an asset to their company and always has a smile and ready to help! The vehicles are always clean and ready to go! Great service, great staff!
