If I could give this location a zero I would. My experience with this Budget location was extremely disappointing and stressful. I made a reservation after speaking with representatives who provided information about availability and payment options. I specifically asked about using a debit card for the deposit and was told that it would be possible. When I arrived, I was informed that there were no vehicles available. We have rented from this location twice now and will continue in the future. Both times we had a good experience. Vehicles were clean and ready. This last experience was exceptional with Carlos and Josh. Two very professional staff members who made our checking out our vehicle and dropping it off quick and easy. Carlos had excellent customer service at both times! I've used Budget for years and will continue to give them my business with great staff like these two.
