BEWARE!!SCAM!! PLEASE LISTEN BECAUSE I WAS YOU AND I DIDN'T LISTEN. I saw the reviews just like mine but I so was desperate that I bypassed it all and still rented. I was charged $162 for fuel fill-up. I'm grateful I paid for gas with my card the whole time because otherwise I'd have no proof. I vacuumed and fueled up before dropping the car off. I'm very disappointed that they are allowed to continue to do this. JUST DONT DO IT!!
Rented a car for vacation July 6-11. Everything was fine until after the return. Returned car earlier than scheduled that day with full tank. Noticed a charge of $22.76 on my credit card 2 days after. Apparently it came from a LDW difference from when I prepaid months ahead & when I returned it.(I did the pay now option)I explained to customer service it is not my problem they quoted me the wrong price, that would be Budgets problem. Made the reservation more than a week in advance. They failed to have the equipment at the location at the appointed time. Had the nerve to suggest I drive to another location nearly an hour away to pick up what was supposed to be waiting for me there. No regard at all for my schedule, and no respect for my time. This was my first experience with this brand. It was also my last.
