Amazing service from customer service rep on the phone and even more better in person. I believe the person I was working with was named Eugene and she was the best. She maybe a small Filipina, but her smile and service will light up the room and will lighten up your day, Especially on stressful days. She Deserves a raise ASAP. thank you for making the process fast and efficient.
I tried to book a rental car under MPI claim. Agent was very rude. Not helpful. Doesn’t know how to talk to customer.

Service was good, the people that helped me were very professional and friendly, and the vehicle was pretty much like the one I was driving
The only issue I have is I had to pay $13 a day to add another driver on the rental agreement. I even asked the lady “even though I declined your insurance (too expensive) and have rental car insurance through mpi? She said it doesn’t matter, do you want to add another driver? I don’t think this is right and had to pay $58 extra
