Great service, but they asked if I wanted a car or suv. I chose suv. Hubby is 6'7, cars aren't usually big enough. I ended up with a compact lol ummmm not an suv and he had a heck of a time fitting in it and the tank was frozen then it wouldn't stay closed. Not a fan of the Hyundai Venu?

Been going to the regent location for years and recently switched locations for convenience and I have not had a good experience with this one. Tried to book a car and couldn’t understand the person-She said she’d call me back and never did, ended up booking through the website myself. Time before that the car wasn’t ready and again had a language barrier where they had me move my vehicle twice and overall delayed what should be a simple and quick process due to lack of clear communication and common sense. Eugene was amazing! Very friendly and very patient! She answered every question thoroughly and provided all the information I needed clearly and professionally. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very efficient. Her pleasant personality and excellent customer service made the entire Budget Rental experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
