Never renting here again. No agent at rental counter. One overworked agent at “express” counter serving a huge line of customers. My prepaid and reserved vehicle (reserved and paid over a month in advance) was “not available” and I was forced to take a vehicle I didn’t want and pay a higher daily rate. No apology, terrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN RENTING FROM BUDGET

Booked a 2 door mustang coupe arrived to pick it up and they instructed me they didn't have any nor did they have a similar car all they could give me was a minivan or maybe a BMW 2 series if I waited a while which isn't a similar car at all. Worst experience
