I rented a Car using RBC rewards like always, and after I dropped the car they charged me for additional/hidden fees. I asked the agent what is this and he said ‘ I don’t know for what we are charging you!!!! And contact RBC!! The receipt is none sense as well. They don’t have after hours dropping either. That was the worst car rental I’ve ever been to!
