Absolutely horrible..wish I could give a zero. Booked a vehicle 7 months in advance, and went to pick it up on the day of and they tell me sorry we don't have that vehicle; leaving me completely screwed. I had a confirmation and they emailed me everyday for a week leading up to the pick-up date to confirm everything, and then when I arrive they tell me sorry we don't have that vehicle here. Poor management of fleet inventory, they never have a vehicle on pick up day even though booking was made a month in advance. Not once, happened thrice so far. And the person sitting at the counter don’t even have ability to take booking. Useless Avis/Bidget branch and very disappointed with the service.

This place has horrible customer service, it was closed for over an hour in the middle of the day when I was trying to drop the rental off and had to run back out to do so. The 1800 number was terrible, I could not understand the person on the other line. I waited on hold for over 25 minutes to speak to a supervisor who did nothing.
