If I could give ZERO stars I would!! My first experience here @ this particular location “Hwy6/copperfield” was great! My second and LAST experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I made reservations on a Wednesday to pickup my rental on Saturday @ 9am. NO ONE reached out to me by Phone, Email, etc. to inform me they didn’t have any rentals available for me on my pickup date (Saturday) that I made reservations for!! Great place to rent a nice and affordable car. Many thanks to Trina and her husband for helping us rent a car when we had a last minute rental due to our car having problems right before a big trip. They were so kind and professional with accommodating our rental needs. Definitely recommend this location it was worth the trip!

The Kelly team is always pleasant smiling kind words and displays immaculate service. I am always well pleased.
