Very unprofessional customer service. Very Snooty attitude.they thought I didn’t notice the faces they made but I did! Because of this, I was going to react but I decided to be the mature adult and take my business elsewhere where. Thanks to ELITERAC for the quick and great customer service! Absolutely the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. I gave Budget a $200 cash deposit, and I never got it back. I’ve called, gone in person, and every time they give me excuses or pretend they don’t know what I’m talking about. It’s been nothing but lies and horrible customer service. If I could give ZERO stars I would!! My first experience here @ this particular location “Hwy6/copperfield” was great! My second and LAST experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I made reservations on a Wednesday to pickup my rental on Saturday @ 9am. NO ONE reached out to me by Phone, Email, etc. to inform me they didn’t have any rentals available for me on my pickup date (Saturday) that I made reservations for!! Great place to rent a nice and affordable car. Many thanks to Trina and her husband for helping us rent a car when we had a last minute rental due to our car having problems right before a big trip. They were so kind and professional with accommodating our rental needs. Definitely recommend this location it was worth the trip!
