Great evening, this review is about my recent rental experience with Avis in Missouri city. My rentals are always available, clean and road ready. The Kelly team is always pleasant smiling kind words and displays immaculate service. I am always well pleased. I will recommend this car rental facility and have recommended it to my clients, relatives and friends. They get a 5 star rating from me.
Good customer service I was in and out no long wait.
My husband and I rented a car from Avis Copperfield. The customer service was excellent, and I met the owners, a friendly husband and wife. I will rent from this location again.
DO NOT RENT WITH BUDGET. They have a scam about windshield damage. Returned my car to an attendant .. no damage. THE ATTENDANT SAID NO DAMAGE. 4 weeks later I get a letter saying they’re charging me $674 for a windshield. Oddly enough they did the exact same thing to my boyfriend when he used budget out of La Guardia. He got the same letter, different amount. No attendant.
