Mark, the manager is very rude and unprofessional. Budget in general does not seem to be a good company. I made a reservation and when picking up the car, was told I was placed in a do not rent list (second time). Mark could not give me a reason why and did not help at all. Also, this location is constantly closed due to employees not showing up to work. Horrible experience and no customer service at all.
I ordered a rental online and was approved, until I got to the office. The car that was shown online wasn't there, then the man at the desk said I had a freeze on my credit, true so I called Equifax to unfreeze my account, then the man at the desk said that if I didn't have at least 650 for my credit score that I won't be able to get the car. Why didn't they tell me that before withdrawing my money from my bank account 😑
If I could give 0 I would absolutely the worst place ever I booked and paid for a suv for a family trip three months in advance..I received a confirmation text the day before at noon on a Friday trip was on Saturday morning to leave ..I then get phone call at 330 in the afternoon while I’m at work telling me they don’t have a vehicle for me and I just need to go somewhere else to rent one ..Thank god for yuma Toyota for saving my trip
I had reserved a economy car but when I got there the only thing they had was a Mustang Mach-e. The cost to drive this thing is equal a vehicle that gets 14 mpg. This will be the last rental I get from Budget.
This place was a amazing. Mark at the front desk helped me out and even beat online and Phoenix prices by over $200. He was patient and friendly the whole time. He made sure to get me the best deal! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend visiting Mark at Budget car rental for any car rental need you might have. I will be returning in the future for sure!
