Honestly one star is doing them the favor......location was closed during business hours but they had a sign they would be back in 15 mins. Waited about 30 mins just for someone to come and say to go to the airport location. Went to the airport location and they told me they are out of cars!!! When the website showed availability? ....cancelled my reservation and called customer service to file a formal complaint and speak to the manager....was kept on hold for 30 mins and then the punks hung up!
