I have rented from here a few times now- super convenient location in Old Town North and consistently great service from the staff!
This Budget rental place is top notch. Matt was exceptionally kind and professional. The location is super convenient and the car I had was brand new and top notch with all lots of extra amenities. Cannot fathom why anyone would negatively review them.
I would highly recommend booking elsewhere. This company uses deceptive "bait and switch" tactics to overcharge customers. I booked a specific vehicle in advance, but when I arrived, they told me the car wasn't available. Instead of providing a comparable substitution or a free upgrade (which is industry standard when a company fails to provide the reserved class), they forced me into a different car. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. No issues with the customer service. The agent was courteous. The car was clean. Would rent from this location again
