Although I’m happy with the rental, service was poor. Please have another attendant available to help expedite the process. It takes more than an hour just to pick up or drop off a car because there’s only one person at the counter. There’s too many guests to assist at one time that the lady in the front gets overwhelmed and it slows the service.
Just had a terrible experience with this company and location. I needed to use this car after my car broke down, while I was in the process of purchasing a new car. When I went to pick up the rental they didn't have what I reserved, resulting in a $12 upcharge. When I needed to change my return location the following day (by the car dealership in York, PA), I found out through the website that making that change would cost $1,400. Budget's representative, Madison is top notch. Always very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I have been coming to this location for a few years now. I always have a good experience.They also have a wide variety of cars to choose from. It always smells nice at this location to.

I have rented from here a few times now- super convenient location in Old Town North and consistently great service from the staff!
