Avoid this place at all costs. Had 9am appointment to rent car and was dropped off. They said they had no car and they will call me when they do. I was stranded at rental office with no vehicle and had to get to work. Very incompetent and non caring. Very unprofessional. They deserve to be out of business as you will see many reviews with horrible experiences. This place will not respect you or your time. Head all our warnings.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. This company will cancel your reservation that you've made 3 days prior to make you rebook the same reservation and charge over $100 more. Other companies maybe more expensive but you won't have to deal with this headache. In the past 4 months I've had a total of 6 cancellations on me. These reservations were made in the app and some even by the agent through the phone. Definitely the worst in the business.

NEVER RENT FROM HERE. I made a reservation online for $140 for two days, and I decided to prepay because it was cheaper. The only reason I chose budget is because they were $35 cheaper total than enterprise. Within an hour the reservation was cancelled as if I had cancelled it and the email stated “a refund will be issued to your credit card minus a $150 cancellation fee” when I didn’t cancel!! I rented from here a few times.. lately bad customer service along with the vehicles not being properly maintained. My credit card was charge for a “damage fee” 2 months after I returned the vehicle. It was a big process that day getting the charges reversed but I got it handled. I did pass along the information to corporate along with following up with the case number attached to this review and nothing was ever done or brought attention to this matter. Very bad experience.
