Ojalá se pudiera dar 0 estrellas, la atención de la recepcionista es una basura, se enoja y deja hablando solo a los clientes. La persona que nos antendio fue una mujer muy grosera a la hora de alquilar y a la hora de recibir el carro nos trató como si fuéramos menos y de manera muy descompuesta. Deberían darle un curso de atención al cliente, por qué le falta y mucho!!

Pésima. Reservé y pagué con anticipación una pickup truck para el 19 de Abril la fui a recoger y no la tenían. La encargada me ofreció una VAN, la cual además de sucia tenía un soporte de plástico desprendido. Necesitaba el vehículo urgente, lo recibí sucio. El soporte lo guardó en la oficina y nunca advirtió que el carro tenía un problema, ni lo tuvo mientras estuvo en mi poder. Avoid this place at all costs. Had 9am appointment to rent car and was dropped off. They said they had no car and they will call me when they do. I was stranded at rental office with no vehicle and had to get to work. Very incompetent and non caring. Very unprofessional. They deserve to be out of business as you will see many reviews with horrible experiences. This place will not respect you or your time. Head all our warnings.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. This company will cancel your reservation that you've made 3 days prior to make you rebook the same reservation and charge over $100 more. Other companies maybe more expensive but you won't have to deal with this headache. In the past 4 months I've had a total of 6 cancellations on me. These reservations were made in the app and some even by the agent through the phone. Definitely the worst in the business.
