The guy with the beard is great. We rent from them regularly for out of state trips. We were happy to vacuum, wipe down, and fill the one low tire. We know they get swamped and doing all they can. Small crew that’s super busy and am thankful for the great cars and prompt service. These guys at that location deserve a raise!
This place sucks, don't go there, take your business elsewhere
I would recommend anybody go to budget for rental car needs. They were clear and simple in their policies, and it felt like old times here in Prescott when we were all friends. The staff is amazing. I booked through Priceline and it was seamless
