Went to pick up my rental at my reserved time and no one was at the desk, I’m still here waiting. Do you guys not look at your reservations before going on break?
I do NOT recommend renting from Budget at the Pittsburgh International Airport! The employee we dealt with was incompetent & disorganized. He never got off his rolling chair, he didn't communicate clearly & he took forever to complete our transaction. There was a line of 10 customers waiting by the time he finished our rental. I will rent from Avis or Hertz at the Pittsburgh Airport in the future. STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET @ THE PITTSBURGH AIRPORT!
