Budget counter closed. Took 30 minutes waiting in Avis line. The vehicle came with underinflated tires that I had to BABYSIT during the duration of my weekly travels. Crossing this Company off my list.
The Fast break option was great and quick. Be mindful of any extras that they try to upsell you. And take anything the customer service agents tell you with a grain of salt - we were given the run-around and are still waiting on an issue to be resolved. Car was clean and very nice, especially since we got a choice. Return process was smooth and quick.
