**Update. We went back to Budget upon returning the vehicle and worked with a wonderful agent , Evelyn, she took the time to address my concerns and ultimately found my glasses and property. She is the only reason. I'd reconsider Budget. I still think this company needs to take a look at how customers can reach the actual site and speak to someone there, versus the current process they have for customer service of lost items at sites. Did pre-check-in online. So quick, just had to show ID, sign the agreement and was given my car. Drove straight out, no hassle.

Rented a car for 1:30pm pickup. I called prior to pickup and advised of a late flight arrival and was told my car would be held. I arrived at 3:30pm and was told they didn’t have any cars available and third party websites don’t track the true availability.

Dont bother renting from here. When our rental was picked up, no one came with us for inspection, and was given the wrong class of rental car. Once dropped off, we made sure that all was straight. 2 weeks later we got an incident report (and a charge in our card) because someone cracked the windshield of the rental after we turned it in. 0/10... go with another rental company unless you are ready to prove your innocence due to someone else's mishandling!
