Charged weeks later for damage, had to show my video of pick up and drop off and on the phone fore hours for a refund. No notice, just a random charge weeks later.

BEWARE INSURANCE SCAM. customer service is terrible make sure you take pictures of everything when you think you have enough take more. They will bill you double the actual cost of repair so be aware if you don't take their insurance they will take full advantage of you. My insurance covers the damage but 800 for a windshield when you can get it for less than 500 seems like bad business practices. They will charge you for damages you DID NOT CAUSE.

I would never ever recommend anyone to never rent a car from here. The male staff with long hair was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and lied about maintaining a car that was already reserved. Did two reservations without permission and was trying to get a brand new reservation because he had given away the car they promised to reserved and afterwards turned in attitude and told the individual that they could not rent a car because he didn’t feel like it..

I had a reservation for a car at this location. When I arrived they didn’t have a car available. I waited 40min for a car- as did about 5 other parties who arrived at the same time. When we returned our car, I saw at least 30 people waiting for a car. When I realized my experience was common and this was how budget runs their business, I was really irritated. I would definitely not rent from here again. I did like the car we got so that’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

These guys are definitely running scams. Talking about hitting my insurance for something I didn't do. You make sure you take a picture of every scratch every dent every mark on the seat every crack in the windshield. I talked to one of the managers doubt that helps me everything was sent to corporate because they didn't have a picture of that damage before hand. Soon as I pulled on i10 I noticed the crack in the windshield. Guess you are supposed to pull over IMMEDIATELY and take that picture so it's timed stamped. My insur... read more
