The worst experience ever. I reserved a car at the Tucson airport 4 days before I arrived, filled out the pre-check, and got an email confirming my car an hour before pickup time. Then when I went to the Budget counter there was a sign saying to go to the Avis counter. There they looked up my reservation and told me they had a little bit of bad news. They said they didn't have a car for me, any car, since I didn't prepay but they would put me on a waiting list and MAYBE call me with a car in an hour or 2. I never got a call.... read more
