Stay clear. Long lines, poor cars, if I could do no stars I would have. First car good for younger drivers, second car service and oil light came on. Oh and dirty too!

Scam. Avoid this place. Vehicle was reserved but not available when we arrived. Now budget is trying to keep prepaid Rental cost.

Been waiting in line for well over an hour, still 10 people ahead of me in line. They oversold all of their cars. When asked about it, the manager said "well, we're still much cheaper than the competitors!". Ok... but you don't have any cars. This line is somewhere in the middle of the 7th circle of hell. The two peoples working at the counter are running at DMV speed. I've BOUGHT cars faster than this. What a crappy way to start a vacation, Budget. Staff your freaking counter and don't oversell your vehicles. This is nuts.

Had a reservation for premium/luxury vehicle then they tried to give me a Corolla or that level car. The guy who claimed to be the manager was so rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. Latrelle I believe his name was. Horrible service. Said too bad that’s not the class of car I have it’s my fault for renting through United airlines and I have to pay extra. Offers no solution and said we’ll do you want it or not. Never again from budget. Worst experience ever. Save your money.
