Terrible experience renting a car here. We reserved a car at Budget and when we arrived, they did not have the car available that we reserved. They offered something far inferior for the same price or one step up for more than double the original price. We walked over to Enterprise, 50 feet away & were able to get a much better car for half the price. Enterprise is wonderful, don’t book with Budget just don’t do it. They’re horrible when I asked her if we were still going to get billed for the car the associate said “maybe” ... read more
The budget in las cruces, new mexico horrible experience. All telephone calls to try a resolve experience/ issues was awful.. either no answer, hung up on...etc. MARK LUDKA from budget at tucson international airport was kind, polite, and graciously helped resolve the issue. THANKS MARK!
Outside kiosk representative was very rude and condescending. Upon returning the vehicle no one was there. I went to the kiosk and it was the same rude representative. He insisted I had to go back and get my mileage. Upon my return he asked for my contract and once done he threw it back at me and turned around and ignored me. Also the car windows were so dirty and just couldn't get anyone to clean them. Had to buy my own supplies and clean the myself. Worse car rental experience
Car was very dirty when we received it. Looked like an attempt had been made to wash it, but still very dirty. Windows were all dirty. Otherwise very good. Check in/out was very fast and easy.
The large gentleman in the express booth at the Tucson airport on August 30th at 1:15pm was the rudest Budget employee I have ever encountered
