My rental experience was absolutely perfect i would highly recommend joining the Fastbreak program it has always worked out good for me. I arrived at the airport, avoided the lines and went straight to the Fastbreak counter and within minutes i was in my car. It was clean and ready to go. Thank You !
If you rent a car, prepay it and arrive at your designated time to pick it up, don’t bother! None of that matters since they wont have it available and the employees were not helpful either, we couldn’t even get in writing that they did not have car to bring it up to manager for a refund, because that’s the other thing, without a manager they are severely limited in what they can do…we got there at 7 am…and the manager comes in at 11 am. Great, do not recommend.
A few days ago, I went online and prepaid to rent a 15-passenger van for our nonprofit youth organization. We have a trip to Salt Lake City coming up. My pickup was scheduled for Monday, July 27, and dropoff Monday, Aug. 3. I paid $869.06. Last night, looking through my paperwork, I realized that I was limited to 1,050 miles and it was an additional $.17 per mile over that. Had the worst experience getting a rental car with Budget Avis company had to wait for the car for 4 hours at the Airport even though I made a reservation
Usually car rental places don't do bait and switch but this place is got it down to a science. They advertise Elon musk and his electric cars but they actually don't have any of them. They will give you some kind of electric car but they don't know which one. And whatever price they quote you expect them figure out a way to add $100 to that, especially if you pick it up at the airport
