Had a car booked here for a week rental. My flight changed so I had to change my pickup time. Budget Car Rental tried to charge me $600 extra just for changing the pickup time !! I always use Budget when renting cars but this is the last time !! Greedy company …go elsewhere .

I had a typical experience. Arrived on a Wednesday night, didn’t have to wait long at the counter. At the counter there was someone arguing with the staff because the provided car wasn’t in the class she reserved. I had reserved a “sporty class” car and when I got there they told me they didn’t have any and hadn’t had any in a week. I took a CX-50 instead and got a $50 reduction in my total cost. People often take the time if they are upset but not if every thing goes right. It was the busiest time of the year at the Tucson gem show. They were very fast very good and I got a great car at great price

Thank for not showing up on a major day like Sunday and having a 30 person line because only 2 people at AVIS were doing their work and your work!
