I prepaid for a rental. Arrived and paid deposit using my credit card. The credit card charge went through my bank. They said their system showed as declined. I am a Travel Agent and should have read the reviews for this location. I blame myself for trying to save a few dollars and not sticking with Enterprise.
DO NOT BOTHER! Just go to the Uhaul down the street they will take care of you. I only went to budget to save money but trust me when I tell you it’s not worth the hassle. Very unprofessional. I booked a reservation for a 16” truck a couple days ago. Upon arrival they told me they booked my reserved truck the day before so they didn’t have anything other than 12” truck for me which would not work for my situation. No accommodation or anything. Does not have a fast break counter. This is opposite to what the website states. Poor accuracy on Budget website and this the main reason for the low review. The front desk was helpful though.
Raven provided great service & helped me out in a huge way getting me set up with a reservation despite having issues with inventory. Blessings!
