Came here with a reservation to pick up the truck and had to wait over 1 hour to see someone as the worker was no where to be found and showed up 20 min late with no sense of urgency, picking up personal phone calls, texting and etc. Very frustrating experience as I thought this would be a quick process and ended up getting late to work.
Mason -Taya took care of me…….Under staffed and with a lobby full of customers….They got me in and out…..First class treatment!
Booking 3rd party cool.. them folks got an attitude from hell like they just so booked & busy, something I DEFINITELY don’t understand.
