Customer service was great with pickup and drop off. Would definitely rent again from this location in the future.

Do not go to this Budget location or maybe any. Made a reservation on a Tuesday for a pick up on Sunday. Upon arrival had to wait and upon sharing my name over heard another say "I wish they would have called this gentlemen." Asking what that meant I was told that Amazon apparently took their fleet for that day and they did not have a Cargo Van for me. In additional I see a "No Show" charge on my bank statement. this is absolutely borderline fraudulent and a disgusting practice. I hope #BudgetTruckRental looks into this prac... read more
I prepaid for a rental. Arrived and paid deposit using my credit card. The credit card charge went through my bank. They said their system showed as declined. I am a Travel Agent and should have read the reviews for this location. I blame myself for trying to save a few dollars and not sticking with Enterprise.
