DO BOT USE THIS LOCATION. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful but the mechanics should have some serious training. Windshield wipers weren’t working, horn wasn’t working, it was raining inside the truck cab, and to top it off the wheel on car hauler snapped from axel…. Stranded on side of road we had to take everything into our own hands on a holiday after spending additional on hotel due to rain and inoperable equipment. We are lucky to be back safe and not have hurt anyone during our travels.
Came here with a reservation to pick up the truck and had to wait over 1 hour to see someone as the worker was no where to be found and showed up 20 min late with no sense of urgency, picking up personal phone calls, texting and etc. Very frustrating experience as I thought this would be a quick process and ended up getting late to work.
Mason -Taya took care of me…….Under staffed and with a lobby full of customers….They got me in and out…..First class treatment!
