Awful customer service. This is my 2nd time in 2 weeks trying to pickup a car and no one is at the counter. Sad because this location is convenient but do not trust you can pickup car simply because you have a reservation. Had to drive to Charlotte to get a car.
If I could give you a zero I would. June 30 of 2024. I had a death in the family. I rented a car at this facility pulled up to pick it up and the rep explained to me that they had no cars available for me to rent. I explained to the rep that this was an emergency. I was heading to a funeral. I asked to speak to a supervisor a gentleman came on the line and apologize and explained to me that they had overbooked & genuinely had no cars to rent me. My Allegiant flight got delayed and wouldn’t arrive till after Hertz was closed. Thankfully when your flight info is attached to your rental, they will stay after hours to check you in. I arrived around 1130pm and was greeted by Dabesha. She was kind and professional. We even laughed about the old printer (looked like something from the 80s)she was using to print out my rental agreement. Thank you Dabesha for providing excellent service and an upgrade to 👢 You 🎸 girl!
