Dabesha and Jennifer were amazing during my rental encounter. Booked an economy class car and received a brand new Honda Civic which was clean and had zero issues. The rental car location is literally outside the front door and a few steps so it’s quick and easy for departing and arriving to the airport. Would definitely recommend and use again.
This was my first time flying into Concord, and I was pleasantly surprised with how polite and professional the Budget staff person was who handled my car rental. Her name was Dabesha, and she made the experience very welcoming.
Dabesha was very patient and helped me as fast as she could.
Dabesha was absolutely the best! I scheduled my rental all the way at the wrong location and she went above and beyond to help me and my husband!
Diabesha had great customer service, and took the time to explain every detail about my reservation, extremely professional.
