Very disappointed. Reserved a car 2 weeks ago and showed up today and was told she has no cars, corporate came and took them all. I asked if she could help me get another one she said no I had to go online. Asked to talk to a manager she said she didn’t have one for me to talk to Called customer service and was told that she must have given away our vehicle that was reserved. Will never use this company again!
They made the process for my car rental very easy & quick.
