I frequent this location often. Paula is always so helpful and kind. She is wonderful to work with. Thank you!
I just turned in my rental and wanted to sing a praise for the staff, especially Sue, who was extremely helpful over numerous phone calls and made good on my many requests! Extremely pleasant experience, will be coming back for all my car rental needs in Santa Barbara.
Super!!! Rentala avto v San Francisco, guma se je prepiknala na poti v Santa Barbaro, v Santa Barbari dobila nov avto, hitra menjava brez problemov
I did not receive an emailed survey request from Budget after I made my complicated reservation over the phone with Crystal yesterday, Nov 26, 2023. So I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her helpfulness with making my reservation. She was pleasant, patient, knew all the answers to my questions, the reservation process went very smoothly because of Crystal. I don't know what city she was in but please give her the recognition she deserves because she was outstanding. Thank you!! Mary
