I did not receive an emailed survey request from Budget after I made my complicated reservation over the phone with Crystal yesterday, Nov 26, 2023. So I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her helpfulness with making my reservation. She was pleasant, patient, knew all the answers to my questions, the reservation process went very smoothly because of Crystal. I don't know what city she was in but please give her the recognition she deserves because she was outstanding. Thank you!! Mary

Only rented from here twice and both times were wonderful with friendly conversations and experiences with the lovely staff. Paula, Sue, & Avery went above and beyond for me. Very helpful with everything and made it so incredibly easy and so welcoming and didn’t act like I was just another number but family. As it is family owned and you could certainly tell. Strongly recommend renting here over any other place in Santa Barbara. Thank you staff. You all rock.
