Great location. Helped fixed an issue with our rental that we picked up in Virginia. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. She set us up with a new truck without any problems. I don’t remember her name but she has been with the company for over 9 years. She is a great asset to the company.

I have rented cars twice from this location. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The last time I rented one had a big dent in it and it was a one-way rental. Budget try to charge me for the damage. Even though it was with a claims company I went back into this location and Cathy and the other people were very helpful. Their documentation plus my photos and video of the damage took care of the claim right away. Great customer service I appreciate it

It is the "Seinfeld rental car bit" at this location. They know how to take a reservation but they do not know how to fill the reservation. At arrival at this location there was no car, no call, no email, and no apology. I was informed that a reservation is not guaranteed. No where on the reservation documents does it state that it is not guaranteed. I was provided with a confirmation number which means the car is confirmed.

What a problem. Showed up on time to pick up our rental car and they had NO cars available. We were told it could be a few hours. This does not work for us. If our car was not available we should at least have been notified. Renter beware at this location.
