If I could leave negative stars I would! Pre-booked a car months in advance with a car seat added so that I didn't have to bring mine on the plane. When we arrived to pick up our car, we waited about 20-30 minutes for the employee to put the car seat in and bring the car around for us, but when she drove up there was no seat. Employee told us they have no car seats and she just realized. Not that they were all rented but that they were expired and disposed of prior and the manager didn't replace them.
