Understaffed. For both my pickup and drop off there was nobody at the counter, even during open hours. A staff member was not present until 30 mins after my scheduled pickup time, booked weeks in advance. They were quick and friendly when they did arrive, and explained it was to transport the rental cars to a dealership. my review concerns the company not the counter staff. Thanksgiving, Monday I arrive via Uber and I’m told there are zero vehicles on the lot even though mine was prepaid with Expedia. I was one of four people who had prepaid and all of us were told no vehicle vehicles. If I could leave negative stars I would! Pre-booked a car months in advance with a car seat added so that I didn't have to bring mine on the plane. When we arrived to pick up our car, we waited about 20-30 minutes for the employee to put the car seat in and bring the car around for us, but when she drove up there was no seat. Employee told us they have no car seats and she just realized. Not that they were all rented but that they were expired and disposed of prior and the manager didn't replace them.
