My first opinion of the Morristown Budget Car Rental was based on reviews left by the renters before me. Most agreed this location is OK, which I have to disagree. One of the worst customer service experience i ever had. The guy at the Reception was not friendly at all and cancelled my booking.

Worst experience ever. We booked the car through T mobile perks but the manager said its a fraud as you used some fake discount codes and didn’t even bother to check the email and the T mobile account through which we booked the rentals. Seems he already made some perceptions without even looking at the booking details and cancelled our booking. Worst customer service ever

I had a unsafe experience with a cargo van rental. The exterior was dented allover which the service provider marked; the drivers seat had a whole in which a towel was shoved, and they let me leave the lot with the check engine light on. By the time I drove the 5 miles home, one of the tires was flat, and the windshield wiper was missing rubber in the sightline of the driver.
