Never prepay if you're renting from this place. I paid for my booking a month in advance, and they charged my card again after I returned the vehicle. It's been over 2 weeks of them saying they will refund it and still no refund issued to my credit card. Will never be returning here for a car rental, but I absolutely will be getting my money back. Carl and Jot seem reluctant to take any action here, so I will be forced to report it as fraud since any normal company wouldn't be so reluctant to refund such a blatant error.

The rental went very well. Very friendly staff. When budget charged us twice instead of just once, Carl Fredrickson was very helpful in assuring that we were refunded. We will use his services again in the future.

Didn't give me the car I initially rented. Gave me a smaller one. So kind of annoyed.

If I could give a zero I would. The customer service manager with the beard was incredibly difficult and sexist. Instead of explaining to me about my claim he went to my male co worker to explain to him my Mpi claim because I am a woman.
