My millennial son on a business trip gets a flat on a budget rental. He was proactive and pumped the tire up enough to get to a discount tire. DT said the tire was too worn to fix and all were worn. The guy at the DT said Budget has a corporate account, so he submitted the paperwork to approve putting new tires on the car and it was denied. My son, still being proactive, drove the car to budget at 4114 fairmont pkwy and ask for a different car. Horrible experience. Their website and Google both claimed it accepted After-Hour drop-offs, while the key box had a sticker that said they didn't. They had us on the phoen for an hour and transfered us 5 times to "customer service". Ended up leaving the truck at some gas station with a Budget shop inside, only for them to tell us the next day that they DO allow after hours drop off. THEN, they don't communicate that they already closed the order and rented it to another customer, which we only find out after we went back to... read more
Didn’t seem much interested in doing his job or helping I work in customer service so I know how important it but I guess not for this company no options for cars and kinda just shut us down will go to a different company
Good Customer service
I have had to rent cars from Avis and budget numerous time over the last 6 months great customer service. Heather is amazing she has helped me numerous times and is absolutely amazing. I will definitely continue to rent from this location in the future.
