I rented a few vehicles for the past 2 months while awaiting my new suv. The process and ease of renting from Budget/Avis at the Surrey - Newton location was excellent. Very professional. Karina at Budget car rental in Surrey BC went over and above with great service. After my ferry was canceled and the next one late it was looking as though I wouldn't arrive on time before closing time at 5pm. A pleasant voice answered the call at Budget Surrey. It was Karina. She assured me not to worry and that she'd be happy to wait until I got there. Upon my arrival she cheerfully greeted me with a warm smile and a complimentary upgraded vehicle. Now that's great service! Thanks so much Budget and Karina!
