Rented a car and Karina’s customer service was excellent. She helped me with my credit card issues as well. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service.
Needed a rental after an accident equivalent to what I drive approved by ICBC. Glad I came here and dealing with Ahmed made a stressful process easy and he was able to get me into something I wanted versus being forced to take something less than by " ICBC's preferred rental company". His customer service earned the 5 stars!!

I rented a few vehicles for the past 2 months while awaiting my new suv. The process and ease of renting from Budget/Avis at the Surrey - Newton location was excellent. Very professional. Special thank you to Karina! Lovely lady. I agree with others when we say Karina deserves a raise! Will definitely be renting through this company again, when/if need be.
