Zero stars. I booked my truck. Provided payment info, I got confirmation emails. Then when I showed up on the day, they tell me that my reservation is cancelled. They should have seen I was moving to another town with this truck. They swear they called me, no calls, no emails. I ask them can they find another branch that had a truck, he tells me there' are no trucks in Houston for rental. None. Made a reservation for a 16 foot truck to move houses 2.5 months ago. Called me 36 hours before saying they don’t have any trucks and are canceling and out of respect for my reservation there’s no cancellation fee. Quite some respect huh? I had family fly in to help me move and now there’s no trucks I can get in time to move on the same weekend because they were “professional” enough to let me know they cancelled my reservation a day and a half before a long move. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR TRUCK RENTAL How does Budget even let them keep their name on this place? I read ALL the awful reviews ahead of time. As a precaution, I called at 4:30 pm today to verify my truck was there and was told yes. Then I got a call from them 1 hour later saying they don't have it for tomorrow after all.
