Never using Budget again. I booked a passenger van 30 days ago, for a wedding, so I can and the morning of pickup (today) I get a voicemail from them saying it won’t be ready and to call them back. Their local phone number goes to an international call center, and nobody there can help obviously. They explained if the specific store doesn’t answer the call is forwarded to the call center. Rude staff
Worst customer service of any rental company I’ve ever used. Made insurance confusing and charged me for insurance I already had. Took advantage of the fact that they were extremely slow and busy and I just wanted to get out. Charged me for fuel when I filled it 0.4m from drop off location. Manager Zoe I spoke with was rude and couldn’t care less about being a decent human being. Will never deal with these crooks again!
