Mary at the counter at the Old Town Kissimmee Fl location provided excellent customer service. She was able to provide me with the type of vehicle I wanted. She always had a smile on and a great attitude.
If there were such a thing as a worst possible review, this location would deserve it. This was, without question, one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. They showed vehicles as available on their website, allowed me to complete the reservation, and then — only about 20 minutes before pickup — called to say they had no cars available. Management has either changed or I got lucky today, but getting a car from here was quick and easy. I reserved the night before, called before I went to pickup and confirmed they had a vehicle for me.
Never using Budget again. I booked a passenger van 30 days ago, for a wedding, so I can and the morning of pickup (today) I get a voicemail from them saying it won’t be ready and to call them back. Their local phone number goes to an international call center, and nobody there can help obviously. They explained if the specific store doesn’t answer the call is forwarded to the call center.
