The whole process was seamless. This team really knows their stuff.
Zero should be an option. We arrived for our 1pm pickup - the employee locked the door as we walked up, and said they close at 1 and Budget doesn't pay overtime. His name was Adam. I called Budget for help, and they hung up on me 4 times, put me on hold for 2 hours, and still did NOTHING to help fix the situation. I never got a car that day. Never got an apology.
I wish I was able to leave zero stars or even negative stars. These people are incompetent. I had made a reservation for a car rental, I had informed them I was under 25 and that I’d be paying with a debit master card. They assured me everything was fine and I was all set. When I arrived they denied my car rental because I needed a different kind of car. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently there wasn’t one available. I would never recommend these clowns to my worst enemy.
My wife and I made a reservation on 6-17-25 at 6pm, drove nearly 30 minutes downtown only to find out that the office closed 30 minutes prior to our reservation without any notice. We even arrived 15 minutes prior to closing time and also noticed that the vehicle we reserved wasn't even at that location. So we cancelled our reservation and went to Alamo Rental Car and picked up a vehicle.
