This review is more about how budget as a company is terrible not this particular affiliate.. I was charged with a $500 fee for recovery from lost prevention department due to a miss communication. They had the incorrect return date. After the agent had confirmed the mistake I was guaranteed a $250 return and a full $500 return when lost prevention approves the remaining. Excellent service. Customer care is the best. I wasted my time going to the airport when the inventory is the same. The counter staff much more friendly. Also cheaper prices.
Bad customer service. Sent a friend for a rental the guy up front rude.
