Rented from them several months ago and the on-line pick up time was 12pm. Went to pick up at 12pm and the employee had already left came speeding into the parking lot. As he got down he yelled at me that I'm late and I was luck he saw me arrive. He continued to pick a fight blaming me when their on line site said 12pm pick up and he Saif they close at 12pm. Amazing experience always quick in and out easy process
Does budget make a one way rental ? It seems not . I can't make a one way reservation.
This location is deceiving. Got charged for a windshield that was not broken by us but by them. Took them 15 days to let me know? I think not. They refuse to take responsibility for it and try to blame it on us. Never renting from this place ever again.
