booked a 7 seat car and gave us a 6 seater. customer service had a disrespectful attitude and refused to accomodate genuine safety concerns. Car came with damage too. Edit: Representative claimed there were no replacement options without actually looking, however after speaking extensively with the manager another option was in fact found. If i could give 0 stars i would!!1!

Reserved a Dodge Challenger, they told me they didn’t have it and gave me a Kia Soul. Service took 3 hours when I had a reservation a week before I was the only person in line. Charged me for a sports car and didn’t get it, was the only person in line, managers did not help. Don’t understand why service can be so bad. Look at the other reviews, I’m not the only one.

Received a damaged vehicle. I have called corporate customer service. They directed me to the website. Not sure where to go from there. Tried calling the facility that I picked the vehicle up from and they intentionally keep hanging up on me. I've called 12 times and each time, the call disconnects at a random interval during ringing. I have full cell phone service.
