Waited over 3 hours to be told they didn’t have the 7-passenger vehicle I reserved. Their solution? Cancel or take a truck—which didn’t work for what I needed. Then suddenly, a vehicle “appeared.” I had already called Budget’s 1-800 number, and they told me I could request a discount or upgrade at the counter. The reps on site? Completely unbothered. We get to the airport for the staff to let us know they are under staff and they will not be honoring new reservations and that maybe they may have a car for me later today or tonight, like really, I had to cancel and find another accommodation for my transportation.

Update: 6.23.25: pure disorganization at the fast break area. Wait of more than an hr with one person and line going out the waiting area. Taking up to 20 to 30 minutes per customer. Customers waiting up to 30 mins for car after Original review:Check out team at El Paso airport was absolutely terrible slow and unprofessional. Car was unsafe condition when delivered with no washer fluid, rear passenger wheel at low pressure of 20. When brought back the next day was told that there was no issue.
