The bad reviews were correct. My car needed an oil change immediately when I got into the car the first minute. I had to deal with a slow powered car for the rest of the week. I called the service line and they said get an oil change or fill up the oil and then take pictures of the dashboard before, after, and a picture of the receipt and then email the emergency line. The next day they emailed me back saying it will not be refunded because they didn’t authorize it even though they said to do so. Good job budget, you lost a ... read more

Do not rent a vehicle from here… I’ve contacted customer service several times and they cannot resolve a simple issue. They keep tossing me around from department to department. Never again would I rent from Budget.

Extremely unorganized and terrible service. My reservation was for 7 am. I got there at 7:20 and nobody was at the budget booth. Stood there for 10 mins then called the number online. While I was on the phone a passerby told me to go outside because there were budget people outside. I get in the garage and the booth outside is pitch black and no one is in it.
