Reserved a Dodge Challenger, they told me they didn’t have it and gave me a Kia Soul. Service took 3 hours when I had a reservation a week before I was the only person in line. Charged me for a sports car and didn’t get it, was the only person in line, managers did not help. Don’t understand why service can be so bad. Look at the other reviews, I’m not the only one.
Reserved a Dodge Challenger, they told me they didn’t have it and gave me a Kia Soul.
Received a damaged vehicle. I have called corporate customer service. They directed me to the website. Not sure where to go from there. Tried calling the facility that I picked the vehicle up from and they intentionally keep hanging up on me. I've called 12 times and each time, the call disconnects at a random interval during ringing. I have full cell phone service.
Do Not Rent from here. Scam Scam Scam. You have been warned Rented a suburban for the weekend signed paperwork for $340, returned car in good condition w gas full and was told my receipt was emailed, checked when I got home after flight charged me $760!!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our rental was supposed to be picked up at the airport, but the agency was closed with no one available to help. We were forced to spend the night at the airport and wait until the next morning. They even ask for flight numbers in case of delays, but they don’t take them into account at all. This is shameful and shows a complete lack of care for their customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
