First of all Tom is the nicest and most professional person in the world and it was super fun chatting with him too. After reserving a car and realizing that the Website didn’t catch my correct drop off location and the service center said they can’t help me and I have to do it locally so Tom fixed the correct drop off and also gave me the best rate possible because of the mistake of not having the class I ordered on hand.
