I reserved a car 2 go out of town... got there n no cars were available and I reserved it awhile ago.. was told I would get a call when the car arrived and it's the next day n I'm still waiting tried 2 call and no one will answer the phone..I missed my appointment for today...

I waited for a very long time to get my rental even i reserved it a while ago. There was only 1 person who is working at rental station, who is trying to take care of customers and then the people were waiting their car to be pulled up to the front. When that lady goes for pulling cars, customers were awaiting at front desk. This delayed my holiday plans significantly. I have not told if my car was diesel or gasoline, and i forgot to ask. Even less than one star… I was hit with unexpected and unexplained charges long after my rental, and customer support was completely unhelpful. I got two days rental for $235 and then two months later charged for extra $80 without any explanation. Despite reading multiple warnings about this exact issue, I gave them a chance and deeply regret it. This company relies on shady practices to squeeze out extra money. They should be avoided, competitors are much cheaper and more reliable!!

Kristi at this location is amazing! We had the worst experience with the Budget in the Orlando airport. You can not talk to anyone at the airport location if you have problems, and we had several problems! I decided to call this location in Orlando as my last resort, and Kristi had our issue corrected in less than 15 minutes! She is a Rockstar! Next time we will use a ride share to get to this location not at the airport. Customer service is 100% better. Thank you Kristi!
