It's not the review they have been waiting for. Nor it is review they deserve - should be worse. Only saving grace was good car with low mileage for my trip. Initial rental price $56x, on site I have added 6 days (x $12) of their toll device for MY convenience. After returning the car correct time to a correct space at the airport and following all the instructions (no people in sight working there) I get additional bill for - WAIT $4xx and another one for $15x on top of the original reservation price. They decided they didn’t have to work on the day I scheduled to pick up the car. I booked months in advance, only to find an empty desk when I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. So I had to taxi last minute to the air port to find a car. It’s a franchise at 5916 Caravan Ct, so I was told they can just not show up. I wasn’t reimbursed for the 40 dollar taxi ride either.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE/BUDGET UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We had a confirmed van reservation at this location. Although we were slightly delayed arriving at the exact time of our rental, like 30 mins, we still arrived at the desk well within an hour of our scheduled pickup time.
