I have rented from this location quite a few times and they used to be a good location. Recently I have reserved large SUVs from this location and all three times they did not have them available… even though I reserved them in advance. What makes it worse is the guy that works there, do not know his name however he is the heavy smoker.. can’t miss him. He says , well nothing they can do or that’s the way it goes. First of all Tom is the nicest and most professional person in the world and it was super fun chatting with him too. After reserving a car and realizing that the Website didn’t catch my correct drop off location and the service center said they can’t help me and I have to do it locally so Tom fixed the correct drop off and also gave me the best rate possible because of the mistake of not having the class I ordered on hand.
