Bait and switch - NEVER USE BUDGET RENTAL CAR! We booked through Kayak with a price around $250 for our total trip. Checkout went smooth, but when we checked in, they charged us over $1,200! We were never notified of this increase, but they said it was in the fine print of the contract. We were also never provided a copy of the contract that we electronically signed on their screen at check out. Jimmy was very helpful in getting me a car and was very friendly. Car smelled horribly of marijuana though which is why 1 star is off. Their customer service was great is why I gave 4 stars.
