Jimmy was very helpful in getting me a car and was very friendly. Car smelled horribly of marijuana though which is why 1 star is off. Their customer service was great is why I gave 4 stars.
Couldn’t have had a worse experience. Started with the branch opening an hour late on Sunday, 10/26. After returning my rental well before the 4pm reservation end time on 10/28 with a full tank of gas, I was I was charged for a time extension and refueling service. It took me calling to get this removed because it was charged for no reason. Take your business elsewhere. You’ll be thankful you did.
I reserved a mid-size SUV and a conforming Chevy was available when I went to the office. The manager (John) was very pleasant and offered to rent me a larger Toyota 4Runner for only $8 more per day. To me that was a very reasonable price for a larger and better quality car. For 8 days my total price was only $75 more. I recommend this location for great service and I appreciate John’s very courteous offer.
I rented an “upgraded” car, and ended up with a very beat up car with over 80k miles on it. I was told that was all they had.
