Imagine renting a vehicle from Budget to drive in it for 3.5hrs and smell like a damn ashtray on your entire ride home. Then get charged for fuel and a full up when you filled it 5 minutes before I dropped it off....Budget is the cheapest but never a guarantee that you're ever getting the same car or a car in general. I call and there attitude is always the same we don't really care and we'll credit you back the fuel charge that wasn't warranted. After calling the store, repeatedly to confirm my reservation, as I had read previous bad reviews… I was assured that my reservation was intact and my truck will be delivered as promised. However, I got a text 16 hours before my reservation was suppose to start that they could not accommodate our moving truck reservation and needed to cancel.
