After calling the store, repeatedly to confirm my reservation, as I had read previous bad reviews… I was assured that my reservation was intact and my truck will be delivered as promised. However, I got a text 16 hours before my reservation was suppose to start that they could not accommodate our moving truck reservation and needed to cancel. Had a moving truck booked for 2 weeks. Arrive at budget on the day and they have none left. Didn’t even have one within a 100 mile radius. DO NOT use Budget if you want your move to be stress free. It left me searching for a new moving truck an hour before I was supposed to move. Terrible.
A garbage company. I’ve made THREE reservations for a cargo truck with this company, all of which were canceled the day of because they don’t have the inventory. They don’t answer their phone when I call, I called 16 times across 4 days and finally someone answered on the 16th attempt. When I speak with the corporate budget customer service to confirm, they tell me that everything is okay with my reservation, but when the day comes it’s not okay.
