This place is really bad. You call the number on Google which looks like a local number. It then routes you to a call center. I have 2 questions about their large SUV and the lady tells me I need to call the same number I just called her on. She tells me that I have to call back to the same number and they will see it and answer it and not get routed. I totally am shocked to hear this since that is how I got to this person. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband, my mother, and I had just gotten off of a long flight ready to pick up our car and they don’t take Chime Bank, which I should’ve been informed of ahead of time. I’ve never had a problem with Chime Bank and I’ve had for 5 years. My mother had her husband’s bank card for their joint account, and that couldn’t be used either because it didn’t have her name on it. On Saturday, March 22, we were on our way to pick up our rental that was scheduled for 8am. We received a phone call at 7:50am from the manager stating that our vehicle was not in, and the manager had no idea if we would even have our rental that day. I explained to the manager why I did not receive a phone call sooner to try to come up with another plan.
