absolutely do not rent from here. they rented us an unsafe van for a 5 week trip. Within 2 days the oil light was on so we had to stop to have that handled. And when we entered that part of our trip which required us driving through snow storms in Denver, we realized there was no tread on our tires. They rented us a vehicle with old unsafe tires. After a frustrating experience at the Burbank Airport Budget location, I was able to take the car they gave me and easily switch it out at this location. Victor was super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I remembered I rented from him before the prior year when visiting the area. If you’re flying into BUR, do yourself a favor and Uber to this location and rent from Victor!!
I’ve been to over a hundred car rentals in all my travels around the world, around 83 countries altogether and dealt with so many car rentals in my life. Victor and staff at this office take the grand award for the best customer experience ever. I just dropped off my second car in as many weeks with Victor at This Budget and I would give more stars if I could. I ended up here a few weeks ago when my car sounded terrible on my way up to the mountains for a birthday trip. Victor upgraded me to a jeep wrangler and was kind and helpful. The jeep was great, and was perfect for our trip to big bear. Then my car needed way too much work so I needed to rent a car while I figured out what I was going to do.
