If I could give zero stars I would, this was my first time I ever rented a car, So I rented a car from here in a months advance, I booked for a Hyundai venue. As I walk in to get the rental and sign the agreement, me and my girlfriend have to wait 40+ minutes just to get attended to due to them being severely understaffed. I go sign the agreement and everything, me and my girlfriend are both here when they tell us that we’re getting a Kia soul.
