There are no chairs to sit while waiting for a turn. They upcharged me $100 for coming in 90 minutes early. They double charged my CC, which I'll apparently have to take extra time to sort out. They gave me a car with only 3/4 tank of gas and multiple dings on it. It was, by far, the worst car rental checkout experience I've ever had.
I called to change my reservation and the person said I could pick it up 2 hours earlier. When I arrived (and waited in line for 30 minutes) the desk clerk then said I couldn’t and needed to come back at my original time. I’ve now wasted 1.75 hrs of my life. Don’t set my expectations for something if you can’t fulfill it.
I would even give a negative review, they have such bad costmer service i was asking a simple question and they gave me horrible attitude DON'T GO THERE
Misha is such a big help. She gives you information & more about car rentals. If you pick a certain car & its not available during pickup, She will accommodate you the best way she can. Moves quickly and great customer service
They deserve a 0 star because they almost ruined my trip. I rented a car to drive out of state for a wedding. I had an interim driver's license as mine was in the process of being renewed. I showed up with the interim doc, my previous license and a passport. Their policy online clearly states they allow rentals with interim licenses. The agent was condescending and rude and told me I needed my driver's license ID printed on the interim license and refused to rent me a car.
