Rude, condescending, down right awful agent behind the counter . Not suited for this job or any dealing with people. Car not in stock, entire class of car not in stock , not willing to upgrade me but the worst part is that I actually called 3 times to just to make sure the specific vehicle class was able to be rented at my time of rental period.
