This place in incompetent and terrible. The system seems precision made to be as bad as possible. I’ve been being helped for 30 minutes with no end in sight because of a computer error no one can fix. Avoid this location.

Edited 9/30 - Cherry on top is that I never received a response from this store, but now just received an ADDITIONAL bill of $80.49 for Roadside Assistance that never arrived, communicated, or was provided. The cost is for a "towing" fee that never happened. Do NOT rent from this store. This was the most frustrating rental experience of my life.
