Wow! Literally otw to pick it up. Get a call that the car we reserved over a month ago wasn't available. We paid for a premium SUV, said she could put us in a minivan same price but we didn't have to fill the tank upon return. She did not have one iota of empathy. Rude, rude, rude!!!
Be sure to check they didn’t add a refueling charge after you returned it full. Definitely feel like they tried to swindle me on this one. I used $6 in gas which I refilled, and they charged $20 as a “refueling charge”
Reserved a car at the ILM airport for 8:30pm. Received 2 confirmations. Arrived at airport at 8:00pm to pick up rental. Was told they didn't have a car for me. Asked to speak with a manager. Red headed rental agent then proceeded to threaten to call security. My daughter and I walked away from the desk, watched a sheriff 5 minutes later walk up to the rental desk.
