I reserved a car and a booster seat for our vacation last week and upon my arrival, was informed they didn't have any booster seats. At a small airport with roughly 8 rental companies in a small vicinity, I was told I could ask around about renting a booster - to quickly find out no one will do that unattached to a car rental. Terrible experience. Extremely rude employee. Booked a car specifically with a debit card and ubered to the airport. When I arrived I was told they needed a major credit card, and would not rent to me or take payment from a different card online or over the phone. It says clearly on the booking that debit cards are accepted. The employee was a total jerk the entire time. Rude, and completely unhelpful. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away I had one of the worst rental experiences ever with this company. The first car they gave me was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke, poorly covered up with strong chemical sprays. It clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. I had to walk all the way back to the counter with my luggage to request a different vehicle. Instead of helping, the staff acted annoyed.
