I had mistakenly left my driver’s license at the Wilmington, NC airport Budget location. Totally my fault. 🤦♀️ Brandon went above and beyond to get me my driver’s license back. I greatly appreciate him helping me avoid going to the dreaded DMV!! 🤗☺️
Overall positive experience returning the rental car to ILM Airport. After a poor experience on the phone with Keisha at Customer Service, it was an awesome experience dealing with Alison at the Wilmington, NC airport returning the vehicle. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. She is a great asset for Budget Car Rental.
Made reservation on phone with actual human and paid. Went to pickup on time and was told they didn't have any cars, and to call customer service for any refund. Two girls at desk went back to a personal conversation. Luckily, enterprise did help me. I was so stuck at 10:00pm in north Carolina trying to go to Massachusetts. Even had to fight with customer service to get money back. Not ever again
What was supposed to be a great vacation was ruined by Budget. Received a rental with expired tags and broken passanger mirror. Got pulled over by the police(no ticket). Budget wouldn't bring me a car and had to drive back to the airport of exchange. (1 hour 1 way) Staff in the airport were rude and dismissive. Absolutely deplorable customer service.
