I have used car rentals all the time in the last 2 years I've probably been driving a rental for 5 months of it. I'm very familiar with what constitutes needing a detailing cleaning job and what doesn't. I've even paid for detailing without complaint a few times because it was reasonable (meaning it would take longer than 45 minutes to clean). We have rented here a couple times a year for the past few years. Did so again recently. Never again!!! Don't let them take your money! Do not trust anything they say!
NEVER AGAIN!!!! Hope it was worth it since we usually have your vehicles for a month or more. I guess we’ll be giving thousands to a different company. After such a long relationship, you choose to screw us over.
The local office in Bend is so friendly and efficient. Great place to grab a car to go and customer service is always personable and accommodating. Huge thanks to their staff.
